Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of order being received. However, since some of our specialty items are custom built upon receipt of order, it is possible that certain items will take longer to ship. We know it’s a pain to have to wait, but take solace in the fact that your product is being custom made just for you with intention, care, and attention to detail. If a product is likely to take longer than 4 business days to ship, it will be noted in the product description.
When ordering multiple products, in some cases these products will not ship in the same package and will arrive at slightly different times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All orders, once shipped, can be tracked through the charged delivery company such as Japan Post Co., Ltd.
If the address given in our online store is inaccurate, additional shipping charges would possibly be added to the order. If the flower delivery is shipped to a destination where we cannot hand-deliver, we may require making new arrangement due to the flowers wilting. If this is the case, redistribution and product fee may be charged. Please be sure to fill in building name, floor number, room/apartment number accurately.
Upon receiving your package and it has been damaged due to transit issues, we will consider returns but this should be resolved by contacting email@example.com Although this is unlikely, if by chance what you have received is completely a different product from the order submitted, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We will not refund international duties or taxes.
